Shipping, Refunds, & Returns
Our Policy
Shipping
We only ship to the U.S. We offer flat rate shipping with USPS and free shipping on orders over $35.00.
If you place your order before the cutoff time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), we will begin processing your order that day.
Weekend orders are processed the following Monday.
Estimated Arrival Date
You'll find an estimated arrival date listed when you check out. This arrival date is calculated based on the approximate number of days required to process, package, and deliver your order based on your shipping preference.
Refunds & Returns
30-Day Money Back Guarantee:
If for any reason you are not happy, you can return your purchase in its original, unused condition within 30 days for a full refund.
Please note: complete return instructions, return address, etc. are included on the packing slip you receive with your order.
Return Authorization Number (RA#)
No muss, no fuss! To make a return, you must obtain a return authorization number (RA#) by simply emailing us at [email protected]. You will be notified by email within 48 hours with your RA#.
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Return Authorization Number, and packages that are improperly packaged will be refused receipt.
When should I expect my refund?
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We do everything we can to make sure this is a simple and speedy process.
